Terms of Service

Company's Board is provided by ADWERDO, Gota, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India ("we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between us and the person or business using the service ("you"). By creating an account you accept them.

1. The service

Company's Board shows reporting data from the advertising, social media and analytics accounts you connect (Meta Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads and Google Analytics), with plain-language summaries. Figures come from those platforms and can differ slightly from their own dashboards because of attribution windows, time zones, delays and changes they make. Summaries are automatic observations, not professional advice: check important decisions against the source platform.

2. Your account and security

• Give accurate details, keep your password private and use a strong, unique one. We strongly recommend turning on two-step verification.
• You're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once at security@companysboard.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract for your business.

3. Connecting accounts

• Only connect accounts you own or are authorised to access, and follow Meta's and Google's terms.
• Our access is read-only. You can disconnect at any time, and we'll ask the platform to cancel our access.
• If a platform changes or limits its API, some numbers may become unavailable. We'll do our best to adapt, but can't guarantee any particular metric.

4. Acceptable use

Don't try to break into, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service; don't access other customers' data; don't use automated tools to scrape it; don't resell access without our written permission; and don't use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do, to protect other customers.

5. Plans, payment and cancellation

The service costs Standard ₹999 a month or ₹10,000 a year, and Pro ₹1,500 a month or ₹15,000 a year, per business, plus GST. Pro adds recommendations generated automatically from your connected data; they are suggestions, and decisions about your ads and content remain yours. Plans are billed in advance through Cashfree for the period you choose (monthly or yearly) as one-time payments; they do not renew automatically. Renewing adds a new period after the current one ends. Upgrading from Standard to Pro takes effect immediately and you pay only the difference for the days left; other plan changes start when your current paid period ends. Creating an account is free; a paid plan is needed to connect accounts and use the dashboard with your own data. Cancellations and refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy. We'll give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change. If a plan is not renewed, the dashboard stops updating at the end of the paid period and your data is kept for 90 days.

6. Your data

Your data stays yours. You let us process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. You can download or delete it at any time.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and numbers current, and to keep it secure, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features; if we remove something important you pay for, we'll tell you in advance.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or decisions made from the numbers or summaries shown, or for outages and changes at Meta, Google or other third parties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected business in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

9. Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, and your data is erased as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or leave invoices unpaid, after notice where reasonable.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For significant changes we'll email you at least 15 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
