Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to subscriptions to Company's Board, a service provided by ADWERDO.

Subscriptions

Plans cost Standard ₹999 a month or ₹10,000 a year, and Pro ₹1,500 a month or ₹15,000 a year, per business, plus GST. They are charged in advance for the period you choose, monthly or yearly, as a one-time payment through Cashfree (UPI, card or netbanking). Plans do not renew automatically and we never debit your account without you making a payment; we email you before your plan ends so you can renew. You can create an account for free; a plan is needed to connect accounts and see your own numbers.

Changing plan

You can switch between Standard and Pro, or between monthly and yearly, from Businesses › Plan & billing. The new plan starts when your current paid period ends, so you are never charged twice for the same time.

Cancelling

Plans are prepaid and never renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. If you don't renew, your plan ends at the end of the period you paid for (month or year) and you keep full access until then. Your data is kept for 90 days after that, so you can resume where you left off. We email you 7 days before it's deleted.

Refunds

• Fees already paid are not refunded for partial months, partial years or unused time.
• If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or the service was unavailable for more than 3 consecutive days in a paid period due to a fault on our side, we will refund the affected amount in full.
• Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

How to request a refund

Email support@companysboard.com with your account email, business name and the Cashfree payment reference shown on your Plan & billing page. We reply within 2 working days.
